Yana Blinova
Yana, originally from Siberia, Russia, began dancing at the age of 13 in her parents dance studio in Washington, DC (Dance Studio Lioudmila). Initially competing as a Pro/Am Latin Competitor, she turned Pro after winning the National and World titles.
Yana is ranked 8th in Open Professional Latin at the U.K. Championships, and 3rd in the nation. As well, she is the international, United Kingdom and British Rising Star Latin Champion - her and her partner were the only couple to ever hold all three titles; British Open Professional Latin semi-finalist and United Kingdom 10 dance representative to the world. Currently she coaches, teaches, and travels on tour with "Ballroom with a Twist" - a nationwide dance tour featuring stars from shows such as So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing with the Stars, and American Idol.
She has experience in coaching and teaching professionals, amateurs, and even those who have no experience whatsoever. With a passion for wedding couples and the beauty of the first dance, she started Your Perfect Wedding Dance in 2011 and has been helping newlywed's impress their guest and start their lives together in each others lives ever since then!

Paso Doble: This is a demonstration of the Paso Doble, a dance between the matador and his cape (danced by the woman- who switches roles within the dance to portray the bull or flamenco dancer).
